User Agreement
Terms for using Promtix Shop, paying for and receiving digital items, and requesting refunds.
General provisions
This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding document governing use of the Promtix Shop website and service (the “Service”), available at promtix.shop.
By using the Service, registering, placing an order, or making a payment, the User accepts this Agreement in full. A User who does not agree must stop using the Service immediately.
User information is processed under the Privacy Policy.
Definitions
Administration means the owner and operator of Promtix Shop, responsible for the Service, orders, and User support.
User means an individual or legal entity that uses the Service, creates an account, places an order, or receives a digital item.
Digital item means digital data or access rights supplied through the Service, including accounts, subscriptions, keys, codes, usernames, and other details described on the product page.
Order means a User’s request to purchase a selected digital item on the terms displayed by the Service at the time of payment.
Using the Service
Before payment, the User must review the item description, contents, duration, regional or technical restrictions, and other limitations.
The User must provide accurate information, keep their Promtix Shop account secure, and not give third parties access to it.
A digital item is delivered when access details, a key, code, or other information enabling use of the item is displayed or sent to the User.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided “as is.” The Administration gives no warranty that is not expressly stated in the product description or this Agreement, including uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms, suitability for individual expectations, or fitness for a purpose not disclosed to the Administration.
The Administration is not responsible for:
- indirect losses or loss of profit, data, or reputation arising from use or inability to use the Service;
- acts or omissions of payment providers, telecommunications operators, hosting providers, third-party platform owners, or other third parties;
- changes to a third-party platform’s rules, features, prices, restrictions, or availability after a working digital item has been delivered;
- technical failures, errors, delays, or outages outside the Administration’s reasonable control;
- consequences of sharing access details, changing a password or security settings, or breaching the relevant platform’s rules.
The User bears the risks of using a digital item contrary to its description, instructions, third-party platform rules, or applicable law.
Restrictions
The User is responsible for assessing the legality of their actions when using the Service and digital item.
The Service and purchased digital items must not be used for activity that violates applicable law, third-party rights, or the relevant platform’s rules.
Attempts to bypass technical restrictions, gain unauthorised access, interfere with the Service, make fraudulent payments, abuse the refund process, or use automation to harm the Service are prohibited.
The Administration may restrict or block access, remove unlawful information, or suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service when necessary for security, legal compliance, or protection of third-party rights.
Payment and delivery
The price, currency, available payment methods, and Order contents are shown before payment. The User must check them before confirming payment.
Payment is complete after confirmation by the relevant payment provider. Settlement timing depends on the chosen payment method and provider.
After payment is confirmed, the digital item is delivered as described by the Service. The User must check the supplied details without undue delay and follow the first-sign-in instructions.
Refunds and claims
If a purchased digital item or supplied access does not work after purchase, the User must contact Promtix Shop support (opens in a new tab) and provide the Order number, purchase date, and a short description of the issue.
To verify that access does not work, the User must provide a continuous, legible screen recording made after purchase. It must show:
- the recording date and time or other information showing that the check occurred after purchase;
- navigation to the relevant service’s official website or official application;
- the purchased account or access identifier to the extent needed to match it to the Order;
- a sequential sign-in attempt using the supplied details and the actual result, such as denied access, an error message, or an unavailable promised feature.
The recording must contain no edits or gaps that hide material steps. Passwords, two-factor authentication codes, recovery codes, and complete payment credentials must be hidden; the Administration does not request them.
The Administration may request more information, a repeat recording, or reasonable diagnostic steps if the initial evidence is insufficient to identify the cause.
If the review confirms that the digital item did not work when delivered or first used and the issue was not caused by the User, the refund is processed within 3 to 10 calendar days after the request is approved. The payment provider may require additional time to credit the funds after they are sent.
A refund may be refused if the User fails to provide sufficient evidence, supplies edited or inconsistent materials, changes the password or security settings, shares access with a third party, breaches instructions or platform rules, or if access stopped working after a working item was delivered for reasons outside the Administration’s control.
With the User’s express agreement in the support conversation, the Administration may provide an equivalent replacement instead of a monetary refund.
Privacy
The Administration may collect the minimum information needed to operate the Service, fulfil orders, prevent abuse, and handle requests.
The processing of information, including refund-review screen recordings, is governed by the Privacy Policy.
The Administration uses reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security or anonymity for data transmitted over the internet.
Changes to this Agreement
The Administration may amend this Agreement. A new version takes effect when published on this page unless it states a different effective date.
Continued use after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance. An Order already paid for remains governed by the terms in effect at payment, except for mandatory changes in law.
Applicable law and disputes
The parties’ relationship is governed by the applicable law determined with regard to the Administration’s place of business and any mandatory consumer rights available to the User.
Before filing a court claim, the User must send the demand and supporting materials to Promtix Shop support (opens in a new tab). The Administration will review the request within a reasonable period.
Final provisions
By using the Service, creating an account, placing an Order, or confirming payment, the User confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Agreement in full.
If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
